Gold with pale straw hue. Dusty, dried flower notes, then heavier aromas of stewed apricots, clove, honey and creamy vanilla. The medium to full bodied palate offers dried fruits, creme caramel and sweet vanilla oak before building into a big, spicy oak finish. Excellent balance. Subtle, drying tannins balance the palate flavours, followed by a subtle aftertaste of liquorice, vanilla and tumeric.
