- Satellite AOC of the Loire Valley
- Great packaging
- Pinot Noir and Gamay
With the prices of Burgundy and now even cru Beaujolais heading north it is increasingly difficult to find wines made from pinot noir and gamay of truly great value. From a little known region that is slowly building a following for its delicious, readliy drinkable wine this equal parts blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir is the classic Vin de Soif, (thirst-quencher) to be enjoyed now. Think village Beaujolais with a touch more structure.
