"Muscat and Semillon co-fermented with elevage following in 22HL vat for two years, on lees for first year, racked and off lees for second year. The Riesling components go to neutral old hogsheads for the full two years before combining with the Muscat and Semillon in tank, where it spends 3 months prior to bottling in June of this year.
